THE POWER OF PRESENCE | How to Find Peace in the Present Moment
As I get ready to fly to the Philippines in just a few days, I’ve found myself in a deep moment of reflection. These past months have taught me something profound about what it really means to be present.
For a long time, I thought I understood presence especially after becoming a parent. But recently, I realized that while I was doing all the things, I wasn’t living through them. I was going through the motions, focused on what’s next on the next milestone, the next goal, the next destination.
Five or six months ago, once plans were set for this move, all I could think about was getting there faster. I wanted to skip ahead to the part where everything felt new and exciting again. But in doing that, I missed the beauty of what was happening right now.
We all fall into that trap, don’t we? We dream so vividly about the future that we forget the perfection that already exists in today. We tell ourselves, “When I get there, I’ll be happy,” without realizing that pieces of that dream life already surround us — right here, right now.
That’s what changed for me. I learned to see that I’m already living fragments of my “end goal” in this moment. That shift brought me peace, a sense of calm that doesn’t rely on where I’m headed, but on what I have now.
👉So I’ll leave you with this: How do you stay present? How do you ground yourself in today while still working toward tomorrow?

What We’re Building with AI 🤖
TrueMD Institute - Freedom 30™ Tracker
This week, we worked on something small but meaningful — turning a massive 120-day launch checklist for medical professionals into an interactive app. The idea came from a simple observation: people rarely use static spreadsheets or PDFs, no matter how helpful they are. They get lost, forgotten, or just feel too overwhelming to start.
So instead of another document, we asked, “What would actually help someone move forward every day?” That’s when we built the Freedom 30 Launch App — a tool that tracks progress, breaks big goals into weekly tasks, and gives real-time motivation to stay consistent.
The real win here wasn’t the tech itself, but the clarity behind it. We learned that AI tools like GenSpark or Bolt.new don’t magically “think” for you — they amplify how clear you are about your goals. When you feed them organized thoughts, they give you real progress.
This wasn’t about replacing human effort — it was about removing friction so people can focus on doing instead of managing.

Book I’m Currently Reading 📚
And David Perceived He Was King
“Sometimes, the shift isn’t in what you do — it’s in finally realizing who you already are.”
This book beautifully ties into the theme of presence. It reminds us that fulfillment doesn’t start when we “arrive”, it starts when we recognize we’re already living part of our calling.
David didn’t wait to feel like a king; he perceived he already was. That’s where peace begins in awareness, not achievement.
👉 A must-read for anyone learning to embrace who they already are.
