Community Spotlight ✨
I met Chris Ross at a Mastermind event where his authenticity immediately stood out. They were teaching something on stage and then they had us work through an exercise. We were all working on this exercise when, after a certain amount of time, they asked us for feedback and questions. Without hesitation, he admitted, "I don't understand this at all—what you're saying makes zero sense to me." That level of vulnerability in a room full of fellow business owners is remarkably rare and instantly captured my attention.
I invited him to my Dinner with Friends sometime later. He came because we knew each other, but you could tell he was skeptical as he wasn't quite sure how this environment would work for him. I hope you don't mind me sharing this, Chris, but he came in and sat leaned back in his chair with his arms folded for most of the dinner. Yet, as the evening progressed, I watched how his arms unfolded, he leaned forward, and became thoroughly engaged in the conversation, almost reluctant to switch partners when the time came. Six months later at another Mastermind, Chris approached me and shared how someone he'd met at my dinner had profoundly helped him and his wife transform their health over just six weeks.
This refreshing openness defines Chris's character. His willingness to acknowledge when he doesn't understand something, to be vulnerable and authentic in every setting, creates an unmatched foundation of trust. In a world of polished facades, Chris's genuine nature stands as his greatest strength and most endearing quality.
Currently, Chris serves as CEO of Eight Digit Media, a specialized client acquisition firm crafted exclusively for Financial Advisors. call you a friend.
