I know this might sound bold, but hear me out—SaaS is dying, and fast. I didn’t believe it at first either. I heard it on stage from Perry Belcher and later from my buddy Brad Hart, and I thought, “No way, that can’t be right.” But the more I paid attention, the more it clicked: people don’t want software anymore—they want results. Period.

We’ve spent years building around tools, subscriptions, and service tiers—DIY, done-with-you, done-for-you. But everything is shifting. When people try to build AI agents in N8N, the first roadblock they hit is writing the system prompt. Most folks throw something together, and when it doesn’t work, they assume the tech is broken—when really, they just asked the wrong question. So instead of rushing the build, I started with better questions. Using ChatGPT’s o3 model, I trained a prompt with clear instructions, a subject line formula library, and even insights from Peri Belcher’s copywriting principles. The result? An agent that takes content and ideal customer data, picks the best formula, and returns five ready-to-use subject lines—all tailored for results.
This isn’t just automation for the sake of automation. It’s about building tools that think and deliver outcomes—not just tasks. And when the results need refining, I go back, improve the prompt, and rerun. That’s the future of how we build: smarter, faster, and results-first.
