➜ Launched “A Warrior’s Understanding” weekly e-news update (DUH you are reading it now). This is a crucial part of the YouTube strategy because you have to know WHERE you are driving people to from your videos. We always want to get "traffic”/eyeballs from being Rented to Owned. Rented traffic means you are relying on someone else’s network to communicate with your audience. Owned traffic (email, phone, mail) means you can communicate directly whenever you want. We will also have offers we drive people to, but a low barrier to entry way for them to join your list is paramount. I teach this constantly and STOPPED doing it on my last channel. So EVERYONE who joined in the last 2+ years I have 0 contact info for.
➜ Launched A Warrior’s Understanding e-news weekly update on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is very KIND…you can create a newsletter on their platform and they will notify everyone who follows you to read it…so sweet of them.
➜ Landing page built for the ContentCoach.Social lead magnet
➜ Presentation built which I’ll be using to introduce the Story Strategy Framework on three stages in June.
Global Expansion
➜ My team at Hop Skip Media has developed a plan for the roll out of my DIY products in India. They are ready to launch July 1….BUT I am not…lol. Launching ContentCoach.social has taken all of my attention and focus and this project will get pushed to August.

➜ I joined the FlightClub Mastermind. This is a room of truly HIGH-Level entrepreneurial marketers (literally some of my heroes and sheroes) who are all incredible gracious, generous, and open.

We read through chapter 2 of the book and really looked at how I've built the company, focusing on finding quality "who" people around me and not on "what" or taking on more work personally. I wanted them to see their value and, more importantly, the value of their team to help them focus on their 20% genius
