“The process of an oil change is for the group to talk through three questions: (1) what is working well, (2) what is not working well, and (3) what the team can do to make the things that are not working well, work.”

Dinner With Friends🍽️

I can't wait to throw another dinner in October—this one will be in Vegas! I always look forward to these events because they're not just about getting together; they're also about meeting amazing people, exchanging true tales, and occasionally finding answers to the problems we've all been facing. It would truly be a pleasure to have you present and involved! Click me for details! đźĄ°

Community Spotlight âś¨

A few years back, I was formally introduced to Shawn Q at a Molly Mahoney event, thanks to Katie Brinkley, though I’d already seen him on social long before that. He was running some sort of challenge, and I jumped in just to check out who he was. It didn’t take long to realize—this guy knows sales.

Fast forward, we met in person, and our connection was instant. We quickly became friends, with a real respect for what each of us brings to the table. His energy is infectious. I've loved having him at my events, and it’s been awesome to speak at his too. When I showed up at his event, he joked, "Atiba brings the party," but honestly, that's how I feel about him—his energy just lights up the place.

Whether coaching or hosting events, he creates spaces that inspire transformation. He has a knack for shaping environments that bring out the best in everyone. I’ve seen him in action, and I’ve experienced it firsthand. Even at my own “Dinner with Friends,” he gave me advice that completely changed the experience for the better. So thank you, Shawn!
